~ They’re sensitive to temperature, meaning they may soften or melt in warm weather or firm up in the cold. This is completely normal and does not affect their quality or benefits.
~ If your product melts during shipping, just pop it in the fridge for a bit to firm it back up.

~ Every jewelry piece is handmade and may vary slightly in size or appearance.
~ Please double-check sizing and measurements before ordering. Sterling Rose Gems is not responsible for incorrect sizes or lengths chosen at checkout.
📦 Shipping
~ All ready-to-ship items go out in 1–3 business days.
~Once an order is shipped, Sterling Rose Gems is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please contact your local post office or file a claim with the carrier.
